Is the Free Consultation really free?
Yes. Your initial consultation is free. Any paid legal services and applicable fees are discussed separately before you decide whether to proceed.
What if I’m not ready to file anything?
You don’t need to be ready to file. A free consultation is an opportunity to get acquainted, learn about my services, and ask general questions about getting started.
Do you work with clients outside Georgia?
Yes. Federal trademark matters are handled before the USPTO, a federal agency, so I represent clients in federal trademark matters throughout the United States. I am licensed to practice law in Georgia.
Can I send you my search results beforehand?
You can bring anything you’ve found, and it’s useful context. But please don’t send confidential material before we have a signed engagement agreement in place.
What if I need to reschedule?
